DEAD-All areas overstaffed and all shifts clearing AFAIK.the mad woman wrote:any backlogs yet in mail centres plenty of parcels but not overrun with cards in our delivery office

Same here, Casuals/Agency staff leaning on frames and sitting in Tea Area's / Canteen with nothing to do....
And after a while, you can work on points for style,

We are getting yorks of inward manual letters sent down from the MC for us to sort so I guess they are not doing that well
