Central Ayrshire MP visits Irvine sorting office

CENTRAL Ayrshire MP checks out the mail at first hand during a visit to the Irvine sorting office last week.

Mr Donohoe was shown round the office by boss Bruce Connell and met some of the posties who will make sure everyone gets their Christmas cards and presents on time.
The MP said: “It was good to meet the hard-working Royal Mail postal team and to see at first hand just much effort they put in to delivering the mail at this very busy time of the year.”

Mr Connell said his team was pulling out all the stops to deliver the Christmas mailbag.

Both highlighted the last posting days for Christmas. First class should be in the postbox by Tuesday, December 20 with second class mail posted three days earlier.
Special delivery items should be on their way by Thursday, December 22.

A know of the man very well. This is the guy when Labour were in power was an avid supporter of Privitisation and would not speak up for us as i asked him personally. The guy's a twat 1 visit a year for a photo opp, most guys in the office loathe the man.
