started work on the 28th no pay yet, phones ring and cuts off even sounds like the phone is being picked up and dropped back down =/

I was also told that my money would be in my account by midnight last night and nothing.
There is going to be problems this week if they don't sort it as people at east London were talking about walking out when I left on Friday and I even told the payroll girl on the phone this. They simply can not expect people not to get paid and continue to work.

i was kind of thinking "where's my money, where's my money" when nothing showed checking at an atm yesterday, but fortunately it did actually go in at somepoint yesterday, and the amount was actually kind of in the ballpark of what i was expecting as well, minus tax but they don't have my p45 yet to fix that. really sucks for those that are caught up in this mess and hope you all get your money soon (at all?)

I started work 27th on nights worked 6 nights in plymouth and got paid 0.they said at 7am they wud get back to me and yet haven't and now lines are down an others just keep ringing. Royal mail say they can get in touch if you av a payslip yet zero means no payslip.royal mail are the problem for creatin an agency and avin reed global run it,they'd be screwed if ppl walked out,they avent got time to replace most staff. I'd say to every1 turn up sit in the canteen and refuse to work til cheques are brought to u

Be very careful. Because they hadn't got my P45 from DWP when I first got paid they didn't give HMRC (inland revenue) the right information and now I'm stuck with a BR tax code from HMRC, no pay from angard becasue I left - although they owe me one week's pay and SSP and when I sign on again I'll have my benefit taxed at 20%!! I'd have done better sticking to signing on and never going near angard but I thought I'd make the effort and get a job if only for 3 weeks over Xmas. Now I'm going to have to wait months to get the tax situation sorted out and probably have to take angard to an ET to get paid. So much for getting off your a**e and doing something about being unemployed!!

Can we fix a date for starting the Revolution?

Porsmouth early shift: not one of us got paid on Friday. Even our RM managers can't get through to Angard about it. Meantime, a dozen new casuals turned away; Angard had told tem to report for duty but hadn't done teir security checks. On the plus side half of us have now got our ID cards.

Still can't get any contact! Whether that be phone or email.

Fed up with this rubbish, if I don't get get through to someone I'm not turning up to work, since I get the feeling I'm not going to be paid this side of Christmas.

Mate if I don't get through today, I'm not turning up at all.. Bet that will please Michelle. Considering it looks like one of the Casual's wont be in tonight anyway and another has spoken about leaving I think they will be pretty screwed tonight unless Angard start answering the phones!

But yeah, since this is going to the busiest week, they need to buck their ideas up.
But then again, in their eyes they've got a load of disposable employees on the "waiting list" they can phone, they're not to know they won't be paid for the work they do when they're supposed to, so will be willing to work, lol.

For 1. 50 million people are not in residence in the Ipswich area. 2. 50 million did not apply for the Ipswich MC, and 3. With the treatment of your staff having just hit media coverage, I doubt anyone will be queueing up to work for you at all!!!

Hi barbiebattleaxe, what media coverage has there been so far? I haven't seen any yet.

The Sun && the Guardian... It's not a lot, but at least it's better than nothing.. Spread the Guardian report, maybe people might just realise how screwed up this all is... BTW.. I'm on nearly 80 calls to Angard today.. I'm slowly loosing the will to live!!!
