Has anyone around the essex area had problems like many others on this site ?

At the moment i am getting very little work even though i have been to manningtree wivenhoe colchester offices and worked there.
As like any casual all i want is the hours and get paid (rightly).
I wouldn't have gone through the time wasting angard company for the odd day !!
Also tried to go through manpower who were advertising colchester and know rm have pulled out !!!!!.
