got to say even though my angard experience hasnt been great so far,i seem to have learnt a few things from my time there for me they have at least managed the basics they phoned me 2 days before i start with a job offer,then sent me a contract on the 1st day i was there,had my id badge an name on the list on the 1st day,been paid 3 weeks money all on time,have even managed to get on the right tax code as well and even got a pay slip in the post common sense an initataive seem to get u in the right places with angard not sure what some people find so hard about achieveing the basics above all too easy if u have the knowledge it would seem so while some of u have worked weeks an not got a penny an yet continue to work an not kick up an continue to pay sky high tax cos u dont know the system an persist to even turn up to the job with no contract an no confirmation who in there right minds operate like this!god help u!

bellend, have to agree with some things so say old chap. Assuming I get paid correctly next Friday my Angard exp will be similar to yours, (again assuming they got my P46 by email and post).

Its clear that in the aftermath of Christmas Angard need to get their s**t together for next year, and those that have been affected by Angards bad communication policy should write letters of complaint to the RM and to their MP etc so that this is raised at the highest level. The problem is, Angard will probably be allowed to carry on as they are, because if they can't get the numbers in then the RM will just phone one of the other agencys and get some manpower in the following day.

In work yesterday we must have had about 2 dozen other agency workers that had a phone call on Wednesday asking to start on Friday - no massive list of ID to provide, no full check of convictions etc etc, the guy I was working with was still doing community service (as I asked what he was doing this weekend!!!)

Above all its too easy if you have the knowledge it would seem. So while some of you have worked weeks, and not got a penny, yet continue to work and not kick up, and continue to pay sky-high tax because you don't know the system and yet persist to even turn up to the job with no contract and no confirmation. Who in their right minds would operate like this!god help you!

Well their IPs, which can be masked I agree, would tend to refute that argument. One of them has a corresponding email address to his IP as well so its either a well set up IP masking/sock puppet scenario, or more likely they are 2 different people.

Even if it was the same person to be honest we don't care, because of what has happened in the past (search Bristol 5) some of the more prolific posters have 2 or more identities on here to try and keep the anonymity protected.

Also while I think your wrong I have to add that a particular idiosyncrasy of RMC is that it is considered Bad Form to try and "out" peoples identities or their secondary log ins, mainly for the reasons described above.

no your spelling and grammar are fine it's just really difficult to read a post that has no commas fullstops hyphens a bit like trying to READ ONE THAT IS MADE SOLELY IN UPPERCASE LETTERS you understand better now I hope get got it good
