No Pay after 3 weeks

When I wasn't paid for my first week I rang Angard on 01202688502 and was told I was not on their system This was after they emailed me with my start date and sent my security badge to the depot. I was then asked to give my NI number and bank deatails again as my details were "locked" in a room in Northampton and could I e mail my NI exemption certificate and a copy of my passport.I then had a coversation about NI exemption etc and was assured that I would be paid for two weeks this Friday (8th Dc). Imagine my astonishment when I was not paid today! I have tried to ring them all day but have had no response. I emailed them again and can't wait for their reply. This is not the way to treat staff and I wonder how they got the contract and if there are penalties attached. I am not the only casual in the depot not to have been paid so it seems a common experience. I have read the official opinion of Angard on the Royal mail website and all I can say is the company they describe is not the same one that I work for. For example the manager at the depot asked for 3 extra staff for today and 9 turned up! Angard need to treat casuals with some respect!

no pay for me either just checked the other thread out its disgusting. I can work with being treated like **** but lets be honest working your hands to the bone and someone sat in an office saying computer says no is not going to cut the mustard. Hey at least they have a chair Temps are not allowed them.
