Make a request for all information held on you under the Data Protection Act! They legally have to provide this information, and I understand through case law, within 21 days. You can then request this information be removed.
They can charge you for it, but only up to a maximum of £10, but it will cost them far more than that to fufill the request.
The more people who do it, the more it costs them.
