no contract?no job?no payment?

have noticed in the last week that new starters at our depot have apparently not received a email with there contract and have no security passes either and some not on the list but yet keep turning up to work,does these things mean they will not get paid by angard for the work they do?

why are they even there then as ive been told i CANNOT start to that comes to royal mail so this is just wonderful people starting who isnt meant to be there i mean thats really fair!

received my id pass on my first day they get sent there from timbuck 2 although some people who been there 3 weeks still aint got 1 yet,would seem u can be a man from outer space turn up there anytime u like an come in an work an they wont say anything,also i received my contract via email 4 hours after my 1st shift had started gd job i turned up eh

so why have they got people there who isnt on their security list that seems really unfair for the people who angard is to lazy to sort it out for mine should have been done weeks ago
