Is this the future?
Slightley of topic, but the next time you hear a tory MP moaning that EU regulation is stifling british industry, what he or she means is that they would like all of their employees to be on Angard type contracts.

Re: Is this the future?
yes. all of the sudden I'm more appreciative of EU laws
what Cameron and the Tories want is the ability for businesses to exploit their employees even more to drive up profits

Re: Is this the future?
Yes it is and there will come a time in the not to distant future that we we all work on a "flixible resourse" contract. bare in mind you will have a contract and technically be classed as employed. Recent stats showed a decrease in overall unemplolyment but a RISE in those claiming JSA, the reality of this is the fact that if you work over 16 hours you don't qualify for JSA (or any other benefit). So the gradual creep of short term "casual" jobs is increasing. So you manage two 8 hour shifts and in their eyes your working off the unemplotment books. Remember the Soviot Union used to pride itself on 0% unemployment...it was a socialist con as always!
