Nothing. I emailed the payroll.queries address and had a response quite quickly. They had checked my records and agreed that I was owed 22.5 hours, but not to worry as it would be "added onto my pay at the end of next week". Guess what, today..... nothing! So, that is 8 shifts that they owe me for and by their own admission I am on their payroll and should be receiving something! :mad
I have just managed to speak to somebody this morning, who was very apologetic. She has guaranteed that the missing 60 hours "will be in my pay packet next week along with this week's 37.5 hours". I'll not hold my breath!

Well after talking to payroll they are looking into it and doing faster payments today.. Got told I would only get 60% but will get the rest of the tax made up next week.
All I can do is advise people to ring the girls at payroll.. Emily was most helpful but there are 24,000 of us casual's she said so it's going to be a busy day for them..

Good luck guys :)

Angard put £166 into my bank account today, first payment since I started on the 27th, haven't received a payslip though so I'm not sure exactly how many hours that's for, it doesn't seem right to me but I don't want to phone up until I know exactly what they're paying me for..

I was in the same boat but Angard have messed up my wages big time today.

I started on the 21st @ Edinburgh MC & last Friday was paid for the first four days, 21st-24th, fine no probs ( bit worried at first it was only 4 days but after readin Angard's week runs Fri-Thurs, i thought no probs will get the Friday night this week)

Now today I would be due a full weeks wage (25th plus Mon-thurs of last week ) and after checking my bank Angard have paid me only £40 this week. Also with the Trains & buses cancelled last night due to the winds in my area & no other way of getting to work, I wasn't in last night, so have no idea if this has happened to other people or not.

Angry would be a polite way of saying how I feel right now. I have done the work, on time every day, even being thank by a manager for getting our area finished before all the others on most nights. As with markadam I had plans this weekend for xmas shop etc now I will be struggling to pay bills not to mention even having money to get into work tonight, which if they don't sort this today I wont

I now have to sit & wait for the next few hours wandering & worrying about this before I can call Angard :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
I work at the bathgate outhouse and started on the 21st. I was paid the mon-fri by Angard but not the saturday (26th Nov) and i was paid 37.5 hours on the 2nd of December.

So I have no idea where this Fri-thurs comes from, cause it is clearly not the case, I was paid mon-fri, and was due to get the saturday and mon-fri this week (with the saturday carrying over again)

However i got zero wages this week, the number starting 01202 was not working due to call volume and i've emailed them, will keep trying the number before i go out on the backshift. I have zero faith that any of documents have been stored in a way that is compliant with the data protection act and will be actioning my MP to investigate this.

However to re-iterate i got paid mon-fri ( a week in arrears, so mon 21st to fri 25th) was paid on 2nd december. No other monies since then have been forthcoming.

I work at Exeter mail centre, and several people I work with are pensioners like myself. We've all had NI taken out of our pay, even though I sent a reminder to payroll (at Angardpayroll.queries@reedglobal.com) that I was over 65.

The payroll line is permanently engaged, so presumably everyone is contacting them about problems with their pay.

This is a disgraceful shambles!

Hi

I'm working at the Outhouse, in Norwich. I like most other people haven't been paid either. I spoke to the "book room" today who where really helpful. I also got the number for Angard Payrolls direct from here, and after a lot of ringing finally spoke to some one in payrolls. It turns out that while I was on "the books" I hadn't been allocated a job.

I have been assured that I will be paid today, for the hours I worked last week. I did point out that like most people I don't work for free.

Well, lets wait and see... not that I'm a cynical old fart or anything.

I also wasn't paid today.
I rang, the number littlelegsdad has put up, a dozen or so times before someone actually answered my call.
I gave her my hours over the phone and she assured me she'd done something there and then which would mean I'd be paid today.
She told me that it could take up until midnight before it shows in my account depending on my bank. So I rang my bank who told me that it would take a couple of hours at the very most providing the transaction happened when I was told it did.
It's now been 90 mins and no sign of it in my account.
I feel like I'm now in limbo. I start my shift today at 13.30 but do not really want to go unless I know that I will be paid. I'm tempted to sit at home by the pc checking my account just to make sure that my money goes in. Not happy

Not been paid either. I spoke to Angard payroll and they advised me that they haven't had my bank details (I asked them what else they didn't have as I haven't had a photo on my ID since the day I started and am starting to worry that all my personal details are in the hands of incompetents). I gave them over the phone and I've just had a call saying that I'll get 60% today and the other 40% next Friday with this weeks pay. I only took this job for Christmas so we could have some extra money coming in and now it seems that Christmas is pretty much cancelled. Thanks a bunch Angard.

I then phoned the Christmas staffing line (actually got through today!) and the girl on the end of the phone couldn't have been less interested. She just automatically said that everyone was in the same boat and that many bank details hadn't been uploaded to the system but that there were emergency pay runs going through today and should be there this afternoon (I asked what that meant and she said 12/13.00ish). I pointed out that I'd been told something completely different by payroll and that she hadn't even taken my details to look me up on the system so how could she possibly know what the situation is in my case. She passed me on to the rudest manager ever who just huffed and puffed down the phone at me before grudgingly saying that he'll call me back. I advised him to lose the attitude as let's face it, it's not his Christmas that's going to be buggered by this cock up.

I'm not holding my breath. I actually don't have the money to get to work today which I told him and he said to phone the mail centre (Edinburgh) and explain to them and that I wouldn't lose the job because it's out of my control. He didn't actually seem to be that bright so not sure what I should do...

I get paid but Im missing 15 hours from last week and this weeks pay is wrong again that and the fact the have me on the wrong bloody tax code.
Have sent 2 emails to payroll with no reply and when I try 08454607318 that angard gave me for payroll it just disconnects me saying there is such a high volume of calls that they cant take mine.
Can see me having to get a lawyer for a small claims when this jobs over to get all my cash owed
