Turned up today to find a sh*t load of letters and flats left on my fitting, hold on I have said this before I am sure :hmmmm , its like I am stuck in a RM ground hog day  . Anyway only one and a half bags of packets; driver was to lazy to take 10 packets to one address, so I ended up doing it. Went at average pace and finished one hour, twenty over (3.50 pm, inc break which I added on at the end), but all in all not that bad a day, I have had worse put it that way. :cuppa

I'd be worried too lol, that's how we were on Tuesday and today it was heavy enough to make you suicidal.

Well the letters got through ok but a lorry full of packets broke down on the way from the mail centre

So did not have much to take out AGAIN. Going to be a total bastard in the morning and expecting to go well over. :cry
BLOODY HELL !!!!

They lied about the lorry as it was also stuffed with mech's.

Well the lorry which broke down did turn up yesterday afternoon and then it appears they kept on coming. I had said it was to light all week and OH BOY did it all turn up today.

Turned in bang on time to 8 full mech trays. :confused I managed to get 2 prepped before getting called up on the ips. Then another lorry turned up and i got another mech tray bringing total up to 9 :d'oh!
I said i would work over to clear it (no one was cutting) but in the end i was having trouble getting it all in the frame as it was that stuffed.

I then had 4 drop bags , which is a first. In the end i did not get out till 10.45am and it took a whooping 5hr 30min so i did not finish to 4.15pm (in the dark)

Total nightmare :cry

If you do lose Specials - remember to act like a primary school kid and deny everything.

I can't remember when and where I deliver my specials to, the PDA has no record so it's up to me to remember and my memory isin't what it was :nervous

Shocking day. An hour and a quarter over, and battered first by hail, then snow.

Didnt take my break today cos I needed to get home early, so actually OK finishing time for once. If you add on 40 mins it wouldve been 10 minutes over (and only that little amount because of the amount of packets that got taken off). Also f****d up a bit and misdelivered 9 houses before I realised I'd turned into the wrong road.. apologetically knocking on each door, managed to get 3 houses back

cant say much as dont wanna be identified but a prominent member our the rm hierarchy was delivering mail for us today :nana

And he also asked what " dsa " was as they were taking it out and only doing 1st class

8-9 trays of mech, packets spilling out of the office.

The css machines are an absolute shambles

DOM nowhere to be seen

Whole office went into meltdown

When I left at 3pm this afternoon, most had bought back over half their rounds :Very Happy

Quite light today, only 3 trays of WSM a few flats and a couple of packet bags. P & L partner was pissed right up and he managed to missort loads!, ended up working from 2 bundles in 1 road due to the missorts. Good job we did'nt get pulled over the van smelt like a brewery!
From what was left in the office today next week we will be going into meltdown.
