Angard / Manpower

Post by john0745 »

at eurocentral we had 14 new starts on 2-10 shift,, there was also the same amount for the other 2 shifts 10-6 and 6-2, the thing is all the new guy's were there due to "Manpower" Not angard, i thought these jobs were supposedly being maned by angard casuals? or is it because angard just cant handle the situation and the jobs have been switched to manpower ??
would be good news if that was the case :dance

Oh,, and just to add,, not 1 person was turned away,, all passes were in place .

BBC Radio Kent had a full morning at Tunbridge delivery office. Management were pushing the need for more staff!!!!! Hopeless. I really wish Nina luck I will try and get a mail to you shortly....however by the time the spin has been put on any story we will all turn out to be lazy, feckless, dole scrounger, moaning, typical British workers blah blah blah

At Bathgate we had the weird situation where we have Manpower and Angard working, so Manpower get away 30 mins early(from end of shift), as they are entitled to 1 hour paid break for their 8 hour shift, while Angard get only one 1/2 hour unpaid break for their 8 hours, so have to stay to the normal finishing time. As only one 30 minute break given, so the other 30 mins is given by letting away the 30 folk 30 mins early.

Weird having 3 seperate groups of contracts doing the exact same type of work, but all 3 getting sunstantively different treatement.
