Reason I ask is I do 14:30-22:30.
really 7 hrs 30 mins paid the other 30 mins is for break unpaid.

I think you will find that the enhanced shift allowance of 50p 
applies to a whole shift i.e nights as your on the late shift your rate will be min wage £6.08.
Funny you should mention the shift allowance I worked out that when I brought an energy drink from the vending machine it cost me 3 hours of shift allowance!!
