Wages paid into SOMEONE ELSES account + # Accounts Number

Suffice to say, I think the topic nails my frustration. To add to this:

1: My photo was not sent through to the mail center.
2: After completing 40 hours, 30 hours were paid.
3: The wages were paid into someone elses account with a clear cut that it was NOT a clerical error or typo but an outright mass f**k up. (The sort code/account number is not even remotely similar.)
4: Attempting to contact Angard both by phone and email have resulted in silence, I am unable to rectify the mistake and thus claim my wages which right now may be being spent.

If you're trying to get in contact with Angard regarding your pay, don't jump through hoops like I had to, take your verbal blades straight to the throat of the beast:

Just got through on one of the numbers, told to phone the usual number and press 2 for accounts/payments.

Guess what? Line closed due to 'Sheer volume of calls'.

I'm getting sick and tired of this bullshit, I was then told to email them and that I should have a response within a -week-.

So, my SECOND pay cheque will likely be going to this person...

After a lot of dancing about and phoning around, trying a number found in the stickies resulted in success.

01202688502 will get you straight through to Angard Accounts, where a most pleasant young lady helped sort my issue very promptly and politely - The first reasonable and decent service I've had from Angard thus far.
