I work for Angard and based on my experience and in my opinion they are a completely disorganised and unprofessional company who treat their employees in an appalling manner.

In light of their repeated disinterest and lack of care for their employees, I am going to quit.

It is simply not worth the repeated hassle and stress to continue working for such a shambolic company.

Wonder if the national newspapers would be interested in someone from the inside giveing them a tell all story,, im my opinion they would.
Now that would be a kick up Angard's ass,, and RM's too for that matter

The people 'interviewing' me (after a 3 hour queue they ticked a few boxes to make sure you had brought the documents it asked you to bring - after checking 3 times!), they said they were employed on a temporary basis through an agency too!

The irresponsible team sent me all offer letters and gave me ca call even to make sure im there.After travelling long 20 miles when i reached there my name was not there.I showed them all the letters and my security check was also passed.had to return home.dialled 0845 numbers from my mobile and wasted some quids.
sent them emails....no reply...no phone calls....its not something about a job..but just imagine how we have been fooled by these guys. why no one sue them...only because the people running behind such a job are certainly in capable of doing that......

My son and my partners son both supposedly had jobs this christmas,one in Leeds and one in York,both have had the same experience.The worst thing is them getting peoples hopes up and letting them down so badly at christmas- it is disgraceful ,but who would you complain to?

Some have complained to the Press. Other's have complained to Royal Mail Managers, who quite frankly can't do anything. Because Angard is a seperate subsidiary of Royal Mail Group, and the Managers seem to get the same crap from Angard that you do. The only other possibility I can think of, is to contact Royal Mail Group directly. Here's the address:

well i had my interview 19th october has the provisonal letter was surpposed start yesterday (5th dec) and wait for it... i get a call in the morning telling me THEY HAVE LOST MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER and other details so now they need them again.... and going to do a secruity check and tell me what hours i will have then?
so.... im either gonna have less hours or.. just no work
really a disgrace takes them 4-6 weeks figure out they lost my information when they was surpposed to be doing secruity check then .. not the day im surpposed to start...
