i am missing page 19 and 20 out of 20 pages
this section deals with description of allowances included in calling times
the reason they do not want to show it me as it prob deals with welfare facilities on the delivery span, it links to another document i have called the A PLUS TRANING MANUAL AND UNDER A SUB HEADING OPERATIONAL LOCATION MAINTANANCE

If you meant Intranet then thanks for the direction. Unfortunately a lot of posties can't access them at the DO, unless the manager can be prised off the computer, and you're willing to go over without being paid.
