I agree, too much too late for some and they have taken ages to listen to us at local level, but at last we know where we stand on flow.
Flow system has got WCM written all over it and my DIM is going to start doing hourly sessions about Flow for the next three weeks which obviously I will inform area of a disagreement.
you just have to look at the information wall charts he wants to put up that they scream WCM!
He has already stated he wants it in, he's bloody obsessed with it! :so there
We are not continually trying to attack the CWU heirachy, we are bringing to the forefront issues at local level that should be addressed quickly!
Joint Agreement? Do they really carry on trusting RM to stick to anything?
Always be one step ahead, play their game but be wiser. Revenge is sweet.

The problem, yet again, is communication. CWU HQ has our mobile numbers, email addresses and home address, why does it take forever to get the message out?

Fluke sorry to hear that Royal Mail have taken executive action over the Flow Project. Can I now ask if your office is going to ballot and your Branch are going to withdraw from all revision activity ?

We are still waiting for advice/guidance from division. When our disagreement was put in, a Divisional Rep told our Area Rep that RM were working within the spirit of the agreement!!! WTF?

We have sent the LTB with attached document to our Area Rep and Divisional Rep and are waiting for them to give us some steer on our next plan of action, because everyone seems to interpret Bobs message differently.

To be honest I don't think anyone knows whats going on. Whatever the message is, its not filtering down to front line Reps, I think there are some severe communication problems and confusion reigns because of this.
