Croydon - Processing Offer?

Hello, i'm meant to be starting 2 weeks today at Croydon sorting office, and after reading through all the threads here I am less than optimistic you could say.

What are the chances of me starting my 'agreed' shift at 2pm today?

My status on the Angard summary page is PROCESSING OFFER...what does this even mean?

There is no reason for me to have failed any security tests...yet I have heard absolutely nothing since I went for the 'interview'

No emails, no call, nothing through the post...absolutely nothing...is it worth even turning up seeing as i'll be a fiver out of pocket to get to where I need to go?

I understand my situation isn't as bad as some peoples here, but i'd appreciate any advice.

Hi

Double check your e-mail and junk mail as mine showed that and I had an offer of a placement, sadly on Saturday went to my grandson memorial carol service and fell over done something to my foot and cant wear anything on it so I wont be starting tonight :'(

Just managed to get through to Angard - they blame it on specifically 'Royal Mail' who 'overestimated' the number of people that they would need - he also told me I probably wouldn't start for another week at least...

So, no email, no job it looks like!

Abysmal...

Was meant to start tonight 10pm at croydon, but have recieved nothing at all.. no calls, no update on website, no emails, no letters..

Moved from Brighton to Croydon for this...

I have just had a call from Angard today and start in Croydon tomorrow for the 12 - 8pm shift.
