No Pay or Payslip

My wife and I both started on the same day after attending interviews on the same day. During the second week my wife had a phone call ay 7.30 p.m. asking her for her bank details as Angard had "lost" hers. This was worrying because her bank details could be anywhere and available to anyone. She was paid on the friday and received a payslip on the Saturday but had NI deducted even though she submitted an exemption certificate with her details. I received no pay or a payslip. I have tried to ring the contact number but the phone remains unanswered. I have also emailed Angard and have received a reply which stated that payslips are sent out at the weekend and would arrive on monday (how come my wife got one) and that staff were giving priority to non payments. I have no problem with working for an agency or late payments etc but what is annoying is the lack of a contact to sort out problems. Even Royasl mail managers can't get in touch with them. this needs sorting outsoon!
