No there is no official document as such, what you have though is...

A union rep that gets 1 in 6 off.
An office full of duty holders who get 1 in 6 off.
Them blokes with the ill fitting trousers in that office thing where lots of drinks are drunk and where lots of Facebooking,Argooseing, ebaying ect goes on,they have the 1 in 6 as well.

Like i've said a million times,lazy reps,lazy managers,and colleagues that don't give a f**k.

In the interest of fairness and possibly not being discriminated against the reserves should at least be given a chance.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, mate.

I'll talk a bit "differently" with my management on Monday.
