Should have done but Royal Mail havent so far which has created overtime oppotunities for some and service failures for others. Wierd thing is it actualy becomes a 1 in 3 for those that have the extra Sat mid way the 6 week rota. Then presents some with two consecutive Sats off. Fri Sat one week Sat-Mon the next. And all for 15 mins extra a day.

I would just like to say that we are on 1 in 4 sats.
We never get thursday or friday off. as they are busy days. part timers never work thursday or friday.
It was gonna be tuesday wednesday. but managers changed it to thursday friday before we started the 1 in 4.
And i have to say i never wanna go back to 1 in 6.
I would rather work to my time then they dont send you back out.
Packets are under control this year no back log yet at all. the only backlog is in the callers office.
Once you get in it, it aint that bad.
And i have been a postie for 16 years.
