Informed to-day that our office will have EXTENDED WORK TIME LEARNING tomorrow (longer than our normal ten minutes) when it will be explained to us officialy what time we will be starting next MONDAY and what we are expected to do.
Also i hear that managers in our area have a meeting tomorrow about next MONDAY on how to deal with it or us.

SIGNING OFF WITH R.I.P. CWU, A PERIOD OF CALM, A PERIOD OF CALM, THATS ALL WE HAVE HAD FROM YOU FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS,YOU GOT US INTO THIS MESS AND THERE'S NO WAY OUT NOW.
FROM A DEMORALIZED POSTMAN WHO WILL BE A TENNER BETTER OF WHEN I STOP PAYING MY UNION FEES, NEED EVERY PENNY I CAN GET.

GOT A FEELING WE'LL GET OUR PAY RISE THIS WEEK JUST LIKE THE LAST ONE.

I'm not sure it was the Union that fcuked up. I've got a feeling that a deal was done and both sides were going to accept it and recommend we accept it. Then the door opened and the Union Buster Adam Crozier walked in and withdrew the offer.

Hey team lets not start showing signs of weakness, this is what they
want, a union is only as strong as it`s members are and as soon as
people start leaving the union then it gets weaker and weaker. This
is our future we`re fighting for so lets batten down the hatches and
show this shower of s---t what we are made of.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

No mention of later starts in the WTL/propaganda meeting this week in our office. Was sat there waiting for the crunch. All they discussed was chairman awards for excellence. What a complete load of shite as I told our acting dom. At this time, when no one knows what the hell is going on between RM an CWU, they try gloss over with this crap !!!

Does anyone ever fill these recommendation forms in. I have not a single person yet. I would guess its only the strike breakers that do so.
