Manpower casuals getting better pay
Anyone else spoken to manpower casuals about their pay, spoke to a few today and all were on £6.08 or more. How come angard are paying less, being 19 im on £4.98 so earning 20% less an hour. Angard are really taking the p***, no communication at all and paying less than other agencys.

Yeah, minimum wage is age based between 16-18, 19-21 and 21+.

I understand that the minimum wage is £4.98 for my age but manpower workers of the same age are getting the £6.08 rate.
