It does say either on the contract that was attached to the e-mail with the job offer that that you will be paid weekly in arrears on the basis of the number of hours in the proceding week.

Hope that helps although that would mean having to wait till after christmas for the last of the wages to be paid into our bank accounts :(

As Angard are a subsidiary of Royal Mail I think it may be the same as for us - we get paid Friday

You should get a physical pay slip as far as I know thats the law.

From what other Angard posts have said it appears you do get paid Fridays so if you bank online I would check now. If not check at an ATM. Royal Mail pay it out around midnight to 6am, Angard should be the same. However if you check the Contact Angard Stickie there is a link for Angard and on that link is an email address for payroll - send them an email.

Started work on the Friday 25th Nov, so by rights I should have a days pay today if we are working a week in hand.

Hi giuys was wondering about the week in arrearrs I start monday so does that mean I work 2 weeks then get paid. Then the following week another payday then when finish I get the week they owe me?

This has been a real bugbear of mine. Angard pay you for work done FRIDAY to THURSDAY. Previous poster who worked on 25th Nov will NOT be paid until 9th December.

Royal Mail Casuals used to be paid for the full week in arrears i.e Sat to Fri. Whay it changed god only knows but proberbly some scam to grap more money one way or another!

It is really advisable to write down a list of your hours and check against your payslip. These normally arrive on Friday/Sat

Finally got paid 3 days late and im not convinced ive got the correct wages. Less than 3 days worth and Ive worked 10 8 hour shifts so far.

Ive had no payslip to check or confirm either.
