Good report from that area...... agree with you Tamsky a ballot needed but should have been months ago.......to much talking not enough listening to the members.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The way i see it in my area is that senior management believe they are sticking to the 2010 agreement but its the local doms who are ignoring it , Take the 1 in 4 saturdays offices in my area were told if you want them it will cost jobs, Delivery methods not being used another the doms do not want, Meal reliefs my dom do'es not want it, In a report to my area and div rep since our revision the only thing that is working is the smoking policy !!!!!!!! Well at least its a start. :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
