The 'How was your Angard day' thread
A popular thread on this site for us so thought i'd start one up for you guys.
Just tell us how your working day/night was.
Just tell us how your working day/night was.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

been 2-10 @ eurocentral for 3 weeks now, and i have to say its been pretty good on all the days worked, good line manager and the casuals that are there on back shift are a laugh a min,, so basicaly no complaints from me yet,, line manager let us finnish 3/4 an hour early on sat, and the sat before that, so things are good at eurocentral anyway,, hope its the same for other's who are at an outhouse.POSTMAN wrote:A popular thread on this site for us so thought i'd start one up for you guys.

Re: The 'How was your Angard day' thread
I got the texts and emails saying I start at 2pm 28th Of November in Teeside Sorting office. I turned up and we were all informed by the RM reception that they had no idea about any of us turning up that day, and that there had been no mention of it from Angard. They took our names and numbers and said they would be in touch....3 days on, still nothing. I've wrote Angard a strongly worded but pleasant e-mail but had no response, that was yesterday.
I also mentioned a refund for the £20 quid I spent on a weekly bus ticket, but judging by the comments of other people, I've not got much chance. I now also have to go to do a Rapid Reclaim of my closed JSA tomorrow, something I really didn't want to do.
Thanks alot Angard! Really balls'd my month up!
