whats up with the full time staff heckling\pestering the xmas casual even when they are doing a good job?? not everyone just certain groups of regulars

Don't let it get to you! Its just the novelty of seeing people working somewhat confuses the regulars.

and sometimes just senior guys to the rest. Its a culture within Royal Mail, they don't see that too much can be bullying.

Totally agree TBT. Most of them don't see it as bullying, but in fact it is. Was just really one or two like that in my old office. And I'm sure it's the same for the newbies above, most are good guys, just the occasional tosser ;)
