had a chat with my gaffer this morning was his usual cheery self speaking to me in broken english then he came out with where were u yesterday?i was like i was on my day off my contract is tues-sat after he had told me on sat that he would see me tues no mention of overtime and he was like we was busy on monday an we opening possibly on sunday and very short of people?so hows that my fault?didnt know i had a 7 day week contract an where is the communication from angard?anyone else experience these kinds of communication problems with there gaffer?

ROFL - Welcome to RM. The only communications company that's pants at communication!! Well, it looks like Angard have now given them a run for their money.... or have they, given it's the same company. Surely to god it's time that RM realised that they need good communicators in management positions :d'oh!

you would have thought so wouldnt u but obviously not the left arm dosent seem to know what the right arm is doing there
