New starters possible imposters?
have noticed today at our depot there have been new starters in the last couple of days have spoke to a couple of them they saying they have no passes,no email with contract,and no contact from angard 1 case being of a man i will name only as"noddy"who turned up yesterday with a provisional job letter an no clue of what he was doing an what process he had been through so am wondering why these people are not getting turned away like other people are at other depots?should these people be there?are they insured?what should they do now?

Sounds like you could. Be right ! I am waiting to start still with vanguard but no word. Which depot is it?

1 in pboro was concerned for them an more the fact i spent half the day showing them what to do possibly all for nothing if they not suppose to be there?any clarification on this anywhere im wondering?
