Angard - Total Lack Of Support - Eurocentral

Post by Tempe »

I recently started working with this agency and was given contacts within Angard who were supposed to assist me with any problems.

NONE of these people are now answering their phones or their emails and even the Royal Mail manager is unable to contact them.

The reason we need to contact them URGENTLY?

Just the fact that we have no sign in sheets to accurately record hours worked and attendance.

If they were getting wages wrong when they were being given the info required by the managers, then how bad is it going to get now?

Payroll with this Agency has been a shambles from the beginning and is now only going to get worse.
I can only hope that things will improve but I really don't hold out much hope.

If their client is unable to get in touch with them then what chance do the staff from Angard have?

What shift are you?

There's always been sign in sheets when I've been on nightshift at Eurocentral, and they've been handled as best as they can with such a large number of people.

You are entirely correct there have always been sign in sheets. However on Monday the outhouse ran out.
The ONLY reason that there are still sign in sheets in the outhouse yesterday and today is because a staff member (One of you) has went home and made more up themselves.

Angard HAVE NOT provided any sign in sheets this week and neither the co-ordinators or the Royal Mail managers have been able to get a hold of anyone in Angard about it. :arrrghhh
