I heard the biggest issues were% royal mails proposal for the the pension contribution to rise by 2% and for a more flexible workforce , which would include a blanket 6 15 start time for deliveries.
1) The pension increase is a joke' it would mean we were paying for the cock up royal mail made and get the sameI pension for more money.
2) flexible work force means: if a colleage goes sick you cover part of the duty for nothing.
