I think the simple answer to you part timers is you've been had over.
Many offices have had full time duties magically turned into part time ones when the full timer leaves.
'Some' reps have been lazy in making sure the workplan is up to date and it actually works.
'Some' full timers don't care as they are too busy rushing out the door.

And yes i'll say it before someone else points it out,'some' part timers don't help themselves with the coming in early,cars,ect ect.

And i wont mention the reg on the vans when SDD came in. :nervous

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
