Annoyed but sympathetic.

Annoyed because I have mail expected weeks ago that has not arrived (assumed missing).

Sympathetic because I can see the union's point of view.

Thank you for the support and apologies from us the hard working part of the union and Royal Mail that you have not received your mail. Have you tried ringing your local Delivery Office direct to see what they have to say about it.
