Okay so I went to the registration event and agreed to start a shift on the 1st December.
However I keep getting calls from Angard asking me if I can start next week.
Does this mean I still have the original shift I agreed to or not?

Re: Confused
Go with the phone call, but didn't you ask them on the phone anyway?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: Confused
At the interview I was told the only shift definitely available was evenings from 6th December so I accepted. However they rang a couple of weeks afterwards offering nights starting mid-November so I took that instead. I have since agreed with my line manager and informed Angard that I will stay on nights where I am. Much happier as I have 6 weeks work instead of 2 and it means I can still enjoy my evenings (until 9.30).

angard always ring off a private number, they dont like people phoning them if you have a question for them you better off emailing it to them as you get a quicker response
