Royal Mail has launched a redirection campaign having appointed roster agency Tangible following a two-way pitch.

The appointment led to Tangible being tasked with increasing the number of redirection applications made through the Royal Mail website, with the aim of encouraging customers to do this three weeks ahead of them moving to a new address.

The resulting campaign saw the creation of the Redirect & Protect campaign running across online, national and local press advertising.

The account is being headed up by managing partner Melanie Morris and account director Nikki Dawson.

Melanie Morris, said; “We’re excited to be working with Royal Mail to drive home the ‘redirect and protect’ your mail message. It was evident there was a huge opportunity to deliver a campaign that would resonate with home movers and our execution sends out a clear message about the importance of redirecting your mail in plenty of time to avoid fraud”.

why not just charge all the unofficially redirected mail?
then people have the option of a redi or no redirected mail.
seems simple
