status on royal mail changed to 'sec checks processing ds' to sec checks processing, what does this mean

Hey I went for an interview on 15th nov, mines now changed to processing security checks I think da means it going to scotland, did they say to u if pass security checks u sud start on the 5th. If I pass it I would be working nights

I think there are two seprate checks, one is a disclosure and the other is some sort of other background check, not sure what though.
