Hello everyone hope someone can help me :)

I've had my interview last month and I've passed the security checks and all that, but I have still not recieved a confirmation email.

Somebody at angard told me today that with no confirmation email I cannot attend my health and safety tomorrow which was booked for me last month, what should I do?

I don't want to go and be turned away, but i don't want to not go due to incorrect information.

My provisional start date is the 5th.

I don't recall receiving a confirmation e-mail from Angard either, but I did notice that the website where I applied for the job had a copy of my confirmation mail.

I went down to the health and safety induction anyway even though Angard said not to, low and behold my name was on the list and everything was fine, no thanks to angard.

I rang them(01604 629381) just before to see about this confirmation email and the lady said they are now assigning shifts to the people who have passed the vetting procedures and I should recieve a text message and e-mail soon.

Hopefully I recieve the confirmation before my 5th Dec start date!
