It seems the angard.xmasqueries@reedglobal.com email address doesn't work.. I tried emailing them and got the below message:

----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<angard.xmasqueries@reedglobal.com>
(reason: 550 angard.xmasqueries@reedglobal.com... No such user)

I've just sent an email to the general queries one as I had the same problem, it hasn't bounced yet. Hopefully they use their initiative (or my instructions) to get someone from the Christmas team to reply to it.

I emailed that Christmas email address on more than the odd occasion last week, they never ever replied anyway.

Come to the conclusion you cannot rush these guys. They're in a bubble without a clue what a mess they've made of this.

Still worth phoning and emailing mind, maybe one day they'll get sick of us and attempt to sort out the mess.

If these published e-mail addresses do not work can somebody escalate this. This site is obviously read my RM senior management.

LISTEN TO US AND READ OUR WORDS!

These are not isolated cases, people on here are not moaning for the sake of it. There is a serious problem with your in house agency. They are not functioning. Peoples lives are being affected by this.

Who benefits from Angard being involved? They are a complete disaster. Do they even want us to start work? I am supposed to be starting Monday and I have not been contacted yet.
