Cold and wet.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It was really bad with packets today but the mail was OK, finished bang on the button again (I'm getting really good at this finishing on time, maybe my duty is right
).
ps. Why do we have to take out 'overweight' packets?

Battered with mail after yesterdays no show. Out late, back late, although I wasn't the last back. I'm sure it will be much the same tomorrow. With the later finishes and darker afternoons I'm sure it would have been a good idea to move the start times earlier,
like they used to be, even if it was just until after xmas. Never mind.

I hate having my walk tied up by someone else when on a delivery only/bag carrier walk. Its OK with some people who ask you how you want it and do it properly, but occasionally you get someone that does everything they can to stitch you up, like giving you huge (tracked) packets and tying up a special in a bundle (luckily got there before one but I didnt know it was there

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Its really picking up on the packets now and i am pleased that i am no longer having to use a PDA and deliver tracked. Had just over 2 drop bags worth and could not throw a single packet out as they were all small
Had to break the delivery down and do an extra run with the bike just because of the packet situ. Booked 30 mins over.
We have our big xmas meeting in the morning with the offer of 22 hours SA. We have been told that we will be taking out up to 6 d2d's as well. Not that its going to effect me as ive already told my dom that i shall not be working any OT this year. She informed me that she may have to take me off my delivery to make sure its covered and have me working inside. I ripped her arm off
Bring it on

Heavy as hell, 2 hours OT, half hour yesterday. Not doing a minute over tomorrow or Sat, then I'm off for two weeks.

Not as bad as yesterday, still plenty there though. No large packets done.....again. Felt really ill after my 1st loop, went home threw up and then went back out to finish the duty
Still feel ill.......I blame the sausage & egg bap from the canteen. Just tomorrow to get through then my rest week.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
