Work load diffrences
To any other Angard temporary staff find that the Royal mail staff on the same shift do not do as much work as the temps and seem to have lots of breaks and spend lots of time standing about not contributing?

If you want your colleagues to work harder...fine.
It kind of means there won't be as much work around though so...one of you might not get a call tomorrow.

TBH if any of the MC staff moved at the same rate as DO staff then there wouldn't be ANY casuals at Christmas.
