I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

14.00-22.00 Bristol Mail Centre. Think the PSA are 13.45-21.45 and some part timers do to 22.10.

Priority Services Area. Where they sort all the silver Special Delivery items. A room with no windows and a low ceiling, nasty. Can't resist it, sorry ........ managers choice for Turkish Lira to pay off the mortgage.

Because there are no collections on Sundays so they probably won't need everyone on Mondays. However Saturdays are quite busy so they need bodies to get the mail ready for us in DOs.
