From FB,i won't name the office,but it's on the list,and has been for a while...

we are doing the van share but not using the trollies because they slow us down too much, its much heavier now and if we work to our time we are told to stream it just taking 1st 2nd and dated mail, mon & tues are ok at the moment but weds,thurs and fridays are killers and pkts failed twice last week. i've been there for 19 yrs and i'm 59 my van share partner is 62 and he's been there 30 yrs and a lot of the time we struggle but dont get any help, some days i think this job is killing me!!! even the younger ones are struggeling they say when they get home they just to knackerd to do anything, people are going sick not because they are sick or injured but because they are so knackerd and need a rest bet your sorry that you asked now.

Just out of curiosity the offices were there revision has been implemented how much indoor work time did IWT give .

I only ask this as we are given 2.5 hours to do everythink ,theres no margin for error the tiniest slip up whether it be high absence a late van from M/C high, volumes of mail and the office will go tits up. Ive already raised it with DIM but no one was home so off I chuckled he cant say he wasnt for warned.

I heard yesterday that Benfleet DO (SS) is still failing apparently loops not finishing near van and lot of dead walking,

Solihull failing.Some two men in a van teams only completing one walk some days.Some postmen coming in up to hour and half early still.Private cars still being used.Pouches on shoulder still being used by the selfish.Postmen being harassed especially our union rep.Managers turning a blind eye and lying continuously.They are making it up as they go along.They are also looking down our noses at us when we have a break.

If RM management think this site is too negative then they should have the offices listed independently visited to see if it's true or not and then report it on here, I for one would like to know if these can be implemented successfully because it might help in my office (where ours has been put onto the never never because they need to put hours in).
