Re: RMC criticised by RM Management
It's the new saying from de management/planners, if you have a problem with your revision, "you are being negative!"
I would be interested in offices that are working, just waiting for management to make the list available.
Would the last one out turn off the lights---I thank you

Re: RMC criticised by RM Management
Royal Mail should be ashamed of itself. Anything less than 100% success rate in terms of working revisions is unacceptable, and a childish moan such as this just goes to show the calibre of individual involved in the decision-making process. RMC is a forum that is representative of a minority of postal workers. We can only call it as we see it and I do not see anything anywhere on this website that claims our members' words are gospel.

1. Was the 6 step revision process adhered to with appropriate release time for reps?
2. F/T P/T ratio before and after revision. Were there any EVRs?
3. Was the mythical 100bsi used?
4. What weeks were used for the "model week"? How much flexing up is needed?
5. Have all the staff (including reserves) 1 in 4 Saturdays as a minimum?
6. Is the weight off the shoulder? Is the appropriate equipment being used? Are private cars banned?
7. Is the workforce happy?
8. Did Royal Mail achieve any savings?
now your just being picky!!!!!
p.s.wot a load of tossers they really are.

Prospective buyers must be looking at this site if RM management are getting worried.

Perhaps RM should name the offices where B&H is not taking place.

Like usual, RM want everything their own way, "have cake, and eat it"! If revisions aren't working it's down to us not wanting them to work, being negative, blah de blah how many times have we heard the same excuses! Same as if you can't complete your walk it's a performance issue!

Its more than the revision, Royal Mail doesn't like an informed intelligent workforce challenging it using the national knowledge pool that is RMC, "information is power" Royal mail secretly wants all delivery units to be kept in the dark and fed on bullsh1t, in complete ignorance of whats happening in the next town's Deliver Office, many years ago before internet, I didn't really know what happens beyond my delivery office, sometimes its by chance I chat to a postman on the delivery boundaries between postal districts or driving to another office, other than that we didn't know much about each other, funny being a company where communication is its business ! Royal Mail DOMs do speak to each other via regular meetings and moving round to different delivery units, this way they can keep us down, thats why they hate RMC its not just about failing revisions, its everything about RMC that they are afraid off.
