Come on guys we have had mech equipment for decades and with any operation handling 62 million items per day some of it is bound to get damaged. Yes sometimes RM is to blame but often it's the result of very bad packaging for the enclosed contents that causes the issue. RM always gets the blame.....
As long as the sender has a proof of posting the claims process is simple and can be done on the RM website, before printing and sending off.
