Re: Weird shift?
Those are the main shift patterns for full time employees in Mail Centres at the moment, and until last year they were the usual shifts for temporary staff.
But Royal Mail are changing the attendance patterns. Apparently most Mail Centre early shifts are now Tue-Sat, with the Sat shift sometimes later.
They are doing this because they say Monday is a relatively 'quiet' posting day, and most staff do not want to work on Saturday.
If they are making the late shift a Tues-Sat attendance for Angard temps I would not be surprised if they try to do that to permanent staff at some point.
