Good manpower planning with a restriction on annual leave in the weeks prior to xmas pressure.
So,they ripping up the whole of the way forward then? :cuppa

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

You're not being a team player..............I'm prepared to work 2 or even 3 seconds OVER my time (but only once a week and then only if it's paid back to me that week) :whistle

What? You mean none of you are following the (snigger) Clear the office everyday policy at xmas. That my line manager said we must follow.Don't know how I'm going to manage it, as I ain't getting full time hours this year ( new DOM's Identified some savings this year) .This will be the first year, I'll be delivering households at xmas. With all that extra weight in my pouch, I don't think I'll manage to carry many packets :dance....They can f**k off, if they think I'm traveling back an forth 4 times to each pouch box.Which would take me way over my time.
