What is everybody's start and finish times since they've got the 1 in 4 Saturday's? Do you do longs and shorts and has your leave entitlement been affected?

We seem to be getting threats from management and our area union rep about what we'll have to do to achieve the 1 in 4 Saturdays off. The one threat is that we'll be working til 4pm, maybe later. The latest threat was that if we do force the 1 in 4 in we may get sent to other offices!

There's plenty of options that give a 8 hour day, how can you be working until 4 pm?
