Job Status Still Sitting As Interview Booked

Went along for the interview on the 10/10 for the casual engagement based in Dunfermline. Was given a provisional job offer however on checking the status of my application it is still sitting as interview booked. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes similar experience.
Interview /registration on 4th October. No further contact apart from telephone call from Angard relating to current employment status.. Status on website shows as "SECURITY CHECKS PASSED". Called Angard Xmas Staffing people on 01604 629381.
Pleasant young lady advised that I will receive a phone call nearer the time ( probably later this month) asking me to start. I will receive my pass and PPE on induction day.

hi, I am Binita and I am also facing similar problem. I already attended the Interview on 13th October 2011 in Coventry at Central Methodist Hall but still my application status is just application received and no updates about security checks. I am really in need of this job and am really worried about it. Please Help.
