Phone Number for HR
Hi I have applied for a post person job and had an email saying I was on the waiting list. I then got an email saying I will be contacted by HR, I am really interested in starting this job but still havent had a call. Has anyone got a number I can phone and chase this. All I seem to get is an automated service.

Depends is the email from Royal Mail - more likely if you are going for a permanent position.
Or is Angard/Reed if so then check out the stickie in the Angard forum area

Re: Phone Number for HR
Hi, thanks for help, it is deffo Royal Mail as it is a permanent postie job, I am a waiting list candidate for it, they said they would contact me today and they haven't. I don't want to appear a pain but a number would be great as I really want this job.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
