if you have the opinion your manager is a w*******i have no doubt he probably thinks the same about you!!!!
that is the problem with our business..............too many people who are totally unreasonable......and it's not just the managers in my opinion.
if you don't like it then leave for a better career but judging by your level of replies i kind of think someone of your intellect probably won't have much of a choice in employment opportunities
Charming!!!!! If I was treated with just a bit of respect then we would respect our managers back, but we are treated with none whatsoever ,and before you get on your high horse again , believe it or not I love my job its just the way we are treated.

Thankyou for all those supporting me I wondered if rod 147 was in management . As I have said before if we were treated with respect instead of bullied intimidated and lied to then I would not have the attitude towards the managers as I and a lot of others do.

on this subject has anyone heard of BLAMEWORTHY this is a process RM are using to evaluate any claims they are facing re Accidents, among the insightful questions you may be asked are "Did you argue with your wife/husband/partner last night? " "did you get enough sleep last night?" and other questions leading to show how much blame they can contribute to the injured party, resulting in reducing the claim you may have, fu**ing great isn`t it

They can also argue that if you didn't take a scheduled break, then you were probably more fatigued than you would otherwise have been and were therefore partly responsible for any accident.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

i 100% recommend "diazepan" the double edged sword helps with the pain and then takes the edge of the dissapointment and whatever :speak to the hand
